Roberto Cavalli “Large Satchel”

Roberto Cavalli Large Satchel

Uh oh again… Is this really a Cavalli bag or is this a mistake? I mean, this doesn’t look like a usual Cavalli handbag. It is simple and has something rich to it. This is a rich bag. Yes… It looks very luxurious to me, not because of the gold-toned logo on the front flap, but because of the sumptuous and high quality leather. As for the logo, I think the bag would look even better without it, the little studs at the bottom of the handles are enough.

This bag doesn’t need anything, it is self-suficient and that’s it’s value, don’t you think? Slightly pleated at the top and with it’s puffy look, this one is perfect for easy nights out just as much as for business lunches. The thing that made me stop and stare at this bag is its simplicity, which isn’t common when it comes to house of Cavalli. It is made of deer leather which is slightly grained and very carefully treated which is more than obvious.

I am as surprised as I was yesterday with Versace Metallic Hobo because I’m not used to liking bags coming form these designers.
I’m more of a classic and non-risky types of bagddicts, and you won’t see me with something too edgy, so I have to admit that I rarely take into a consideration designers that don’t fit that criteria.

Remove that logo and it will fit just right :-)
