Marc by Marc Jacobs “Dr. Q Groovee”
This beautiful daytime bag may not look as elegant as some other daytime handbags we wrote about, but the thing about this bag is not it being highly sophisticated, but being a great accessory during your day. It was designed, in my opinion, for casual occasions, occasions when you will wear your most comfortable, casual clothes because you know you will be rushing around all day. We all know that every woman needs a handbag that will siut such occasions, and my pick would be this lovely Groovee.
Dr. Q Groovee is made of pebble grained leather, has double handles with a 6″ drop and a removable shoulder strap with a 13″ drop, allowing you to wear it on your shoulder as well. Personaly, I would carry it as a top handle bag because it doesn’t look as good on shoulder as it does as a top handle bag, mainly due to the rectangular shape.
The bag is featured with aged silver metal hardware, a silver metal logo tag on a leather strap dangling from one of the handles, protective metal feet that ensure that the bottom of your handbag doesn’t get stained. What I like very much about this bag is the horizontal topstiching and the way the leather is grained right below that horizontal line. Without that detail, this bag wouldn’t look half as good as it looks. Other details include pintucked pleats on every side of the bag, six sided studs throughout and a zip top closure with a long leather strap, like Lovely Clutch has, and just like we adored it on Lovely Clutch, we adore it on this bag! The interior is featured with multicolored floral textile lining, patch, cell and leather trimmed zip pockets and a leather strap with a key ring.
You can choose from 3 colors, white, mouse grey and black. I must say I am torn between the black and white version. I will let you know when I decide which one I’d go for 
, but this bag looks just as good in any color available.
