Longchamp The Sporty “Le Pliage Club”

Longchamp Open Top Le Pliage   Longchamp Shoulder Bag Le Pliage

When I did the post about the Le Pliage Tote, I mentioned that I own a tote from that line but in a sportier version. Now I spotted it on their official website and I wanted to cover those sportier versions as well here on Bagddicted. As I mentioned back then, the only issue I have with this bag is the open top.

All the characteristics are practically the same as the regular Le Pliage line, except for the numbers embroidered on the front of the bags which are meant to represent the numbers associated with American Universities. This gives these bags a more playful and laid back look which makes them prefect to be used as “Ill be out for the whole day, rushing around” bags and they are perfect for those situations. But I can’t imagine someone going to work with one of these, it’s definately not the serious type of bag.. Maybe, but just maybe with one of those that have a zip top closure, but that is iffy as well.

These cuties come in various colors but my favourites are definitely grey and parme. There are several versions of the sporty Le Pliage - choose from: the tote with shoulder length handles, the top handle tote or the top handle open top handbag. There is also a smaller version of Le Pliage top handle tote, but I like it in the bigger size much more so I wouldn’t even consider the smaller one.

The only thing is, I couldn’t find any info on the prices, not even on the official Longchamp website (which I really cannot understand).

SIZE: the open top handbag 15″ x 11,5″ x 5,5″
the top handle tote 12″ x 11″ x 8″
the shoulder tote 10″ x 10″ x 5,5″
