Fendi “B. Mix Metallic Pochette”
I am proud to say I have finally found a Fendi bag I actually like. I had another Fendi in my mind but this came across so I decided to go for this one. Since I’m in a mood for small bags today, this is it. Did you ever notice that your beloved bag doesn’t always top the best choice of the day? Even though it’s your favourite bag at the moment, even though you would have loved to carry it somewhere, somehow it just doesn’t fit. It’s all because of your mood.
Let’s say yesterday you bought a clutch that makes you scream from the top of your lungs. Today you’re feeling a bit down and not at your best, and all the same, you’re going out for a drink with your girls. You get dressed and decide to, of course, take your new clutch with you. One look at the mirror and something just isn’t right. You change your trousers. Still wrong. Change your shirt. Still wrong. Change your shoes, guess what? Still wrong! Changing your bag has crossed your mind but at this moment you are ready to change almost everything about you, just DON’T TOUCH MY NEW CLUTCH!!! And then, for some reason unknown to human race, you put on the first outfit, you know - the one which you were wearing two hours ago - and do the most unpredictible thing - take the small hobo instead of your new clutch. And that’s it. Eventhough the clutch goes great with your outfit, from the material, shape, size and color, everything fits perfectly, you just don’t feel “clutchy” today and there’s not a clutch that can make you feel different. But that’s why we have hobos, satchels, draw-strings etc.
So you get my idea. Today is a clutch-day for me and no matter how beautiful some other bag may be, I probably won’t get any inspiration from it. This one is really cute and non-glaring. It doesn’t want to be in the spotlight, it allows you to take the lead and be the one that’s getting all the attention. This clutch is made to be a subtle lifter. Shiny grained leather detailed with gold-toned hardware, pleated at the top and with an oversized leather pull on the zip top closure, this small beauty will do just fine under any girls Christmas tree
