Chloe “Heloise Leather Tote”
When it comes to Chloe handbags, the thing is, as I’ve said before, that you simply have to get used to them. Chloe designers aren’t very accommodative when it comes to trends and it seems that they will go for whatever they’ve had planed, no matter what. I’m not much of a Chloe fan, but as an extreme bagddict let’s say I like their bags as much as any random bag enthusiast. The only line of theirs which satisfies some, or all in some cases, of my criteria is the Heloise line. Others are a just bit over the egde for me.
There seem to be many bagddicts out there whose sole goal is to have as many designer bags as they can. It’s easy to get drawn into that pursuit once you start building your collection, because no matter how many bag purchases you’ve made, it somehow just seems it isn’t enough. You always want more, and even if you think you don’t, be sure that there is a bag with your name on it just around the corner waiting to get you hooked against your will (Umm.. Right.. Had to write this, a certain person was staring over shoulder.. *chuckle*). The reason why I’m writing all this is that the bags from the Heloise line are starting to get to me and I’m starting to want one for myself, eventhough I haven’t planed it. That’s a big problem since I’ve always had, and still do have, a strict plan when it comes to buying bags, and I haven’t made a single irrational impulse purchase in my history as a bagddict.
In my humbe opinion, this is a perfect bag for every woman. Whether you’re in your 20’s, 30’s or 40’s, you won’t be wrong with this one. It may not seem like much at first sight, but the sumptuos look of the leather used on this bag, combined with braided handles and just the right amount of gold hardware make Heloise Leather Tote an all time bag. The picture often can’t show everything, and when it comes to this bag, you’ll probably have to see it irl to actually get my idea… Of course, if you already haven’t…
It is great for accesorizing a comfy outfit, by carrying it on the crock of your elbow just as much as it is when carried as a top handle. That makes it a great and practical day time bag. Featured with two pockets inside, two on each side of the bag and one outside zipped pocket at the back, canvas lined interior and an open top, its practical and beautiful and getting its place on my list.

I just purchased the Chloe Saskia purse in the Ritter (navy blue) color and I LOVE IT! I appreciate the long straps that allow one to carry it on their shoulders with ease (nothing worse than one with short handles and the fustration of trying to place it on one’s shoulders). I also love the dark Ritter color and the Lucite handles. I do, however, agree that the front pouches are somewhat useless, still I LOVE my new Chloe Saskia bag and I have never understood the craze regarding the Chloe Paddington with the huge padlock…
